This week in English, we are continuing to read and discuss Harry the Clever Spider and story elements. 

 

In math, we will practice putting numbers in ascending and descending order.  We will also begin rounding numbers to the nearest 10, 100, and 1000.

Homework for September 14-18

New School Year

Welcome to Grade 5 at Mubarak bin Mohammed! The first few weeks of school have been great and I know that we are going to have a wonderful year.

I will be using Class Dojo (www.classdojo.com) to track student behavior in class.  Parents and students may sign up so that they can see student behavior and points at home.  The sign up sheets and codes have been sent home with students.  Please let me know if you have not received one.

 

We will also be using www.schoology.com.  You can join the Mubarak bin Mohammed group and use the code G7SQ4-SDFPX to join the MBM Grade 5 GA GB group.  Homework updates and other news will be posted here.
